The room I booked was very nicely updated with modern features and available with a great shower. The location was comfortable and best possible as for me, next to various restaurants, shops, and nightlife, Millenium Park, the riverwalk, and all food places and train, local restaurants, the River.

The hotel had a very central setting close to everything in a very safe place. Street food restaurant Broken English Taco Pub was located 5 minutes walk away.

Central location by events which made them inaccessible when we wanted to go. Based so close to the river walk, the train station and the Riverwalk, the rooftop bar, brunch at Ms Ricky's and the awesome Common Club area.

By and large, it was decent base for sightseeing in Chicago, had much fun and met so incredibly helpful and highly professional staff with excellent service by the friendly staff. The location of the hotel was comfortable and best possible - relatively close to Michigan Avenue. Besides, I was walking distance to a park and a lake. I ate at a really nice restaurant for breakfast or lunch. I had a very clean bed, and multi-channel TV, a seating area, and a study table.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and had plenty of storage space. The bathroom was fantastic, with a luxurious shower steam room. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The location was perfect, as we were within walking distance of all the main points of interest in the city. The hotel was also exceptionally clean and quiet at night, ensuring a peaceful sleep. We were impressed by the attention to detail and the modern twist on the historical charm of the property. The niche restaurants and bars within the hotel complex gave it a unique Chicago feel.
Almost perfect.
